Shipping costs:

• Tamilnadu- ₹60.00
• Out of Tamilnadu- ₹75.00
• Orders over ₹1,499.00- Free shipping

Delivery:

We do dispatch orders within 2 to 3 days of order confirmation.

Products will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days (Depend on your location, if its low coverage areas, delivery take additional 2 to 3 days)

Returns:

At Vpikra, we take at most care while processing orders, to make your shopping experience more delightful.

We do accept return only if, Wrong products delivered or Products received in leaked/ damaged condition.

For both the cases, return request should be raised within 24 hours of delivery time with full video of unboxing. Without video, we can’t accept returns. Return will be accepted, only after verifying the video at our end .

Once return accepted, refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refund:

Order cancellation acceptable only till dispatch. After dispatch & shipping, we don’t accept cancellation.

If order cancelled within dispatch, we do refund within 7 business days.

No refund will be made after the dispatch of order.

Note:  we don’t have COD option.
